Follow Me Print Instructions
To ensure FERPA and HIPAA compliance, we've implemented a new feature called Print Release on our printers. As a result of this update, the printer installed on your machine will now be labeled as "Follow Me Print". This is the new name for each printer using Papercut. Follow Me Print enables you to print your job from any machine that is set up as an output device. If you go to Printers and Scanners in your PC’s settings, you will see the printer “Follow Me Print”. (See screenshot below) This is now your default printer for printing off documents. Jobs will only remain in the Follow Me Print Que for 1 hour. If you do not print off your documents within an hour you will have to resend the jobs to the printer. Papercut Print Release Instructions 1. After you send a job the printer via Follow Me Print, log into your copier by typing in your ID # that is located on your South College identification badge. 2. Once logged in on the left-hand side, you will see an option called Print Release. 3. Once you click on print release you will see all the jobs that you have sent to the printer. 4. Now that you see all the jobs you have 2 options: You can print all your jobs by pressing the “Print All” button. You can print one specific job that you send to the printer. 5. Press the job that you want to release to and select the Print button If you want to print all documents press Print All. 6. Once you have printed all documents press Log Out to sign out of your account.

Scan to Email Instructions
1. Log into the copier with your SC ID code. 2. Once logged in press “Access Device” 3. Next tap the button titled “Easy Scan.” 4. From there you can do the following Search for the person you want to scan to via the address book. Enter in the email of the user you want to scan to. 5. If you want to scan to yourself after you login to the printer, tap the “Scan” button that is located by the Access Device button on the Papercut MF homepage.

How to Add Contacts to the Address Book
1. Log into the printer with your South College employee # that is listed on your issued South College ID badge. 2. Scroll over to the 3rd page and press Address Book. (See screenshot below) 3. On the right-hand side, click on “Add New”. (Please see Screenshot below) 4. After pressing “Add New” please follow these steps: Enter the name of the contact in the Name section At the bottom, please enter in the email address of the user Once completed press Register and the entry is now completed. 5. Go back to the Address Book and at the bottom of the screen press the drop-down arrow on the “Narrow Down” tab. 6. Change from Fax to “All” and then you should see all users listed in the address book. (See screenshot below)
