Accessing Assignments in Hawkes Learning
Getting Started with Hawkes in Canvas

Log in to Canvas
We highly recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.

Open Your Course
- Click Courses in the left-hand menu.
- Select the course that uses Hawkes Learning.

Access Hawkes
- Click the Modules tab.
- Then click either:

Hawkes Learning or Hawkes Single Sign-On (the link name may vary),

OR go to the Assignments tab and click on an assignment name (if available).
- Once connected, you’ll have full access to Hawkes for the duration of your course.

Completing Your Homework in Hawkes
Each lesson includes three learning phases:

Learn – Review the material at your own pace.

Practice – Work on problems using built-in learning aids.

Certify – Complete your graded assignment once you're confident.
✅ To earn credit, you must complete the Certify phase and meet the required mastery level for each lesson.
