Hawkes uses a different version of Respondus LockDown Browser (LockDown Browser OEM).  Navigate to your test in Hawkes. Click the blue button to download the lockdown browser onto your computer.  After it downloads, open the file to install it on your computer.  When it is successfully installed, go back to your Canvas course.  Click on the test/quiz/exam in your modules.  There will be a start button.  Click it to get started on your test/quiz/exam and it will launch the LockDown browser.
