Access your course materials by clicking on your assignments and/or quizzes within the course.  You will see a launch button.  That will take you to the textbook website where you will read, do, and submit all your work.  

Troubleshooting Tips:

1. Allow pop ups in your browser (opens in a new tab)

2. Use Chrome

3. Clear your cache and cookies

4. Restart your computer

5. Do not access your eBook on a mobile device.  You will lose work.

Clearing Cache and Cookies in Chrome

In Chrome, go to the three vertical dots on the toolbar in the upper right hand corner.  Choose settings--then type in cache in the search bar.  Choose "Clear history, cache, and cookies."  In the dropdown menu, choose all time and then clear it all out.  It won't remove saved passwords.  Then close out Chrome and start a fresh session.
